<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint having improved reliability on connection between a joint body and a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint for connecting a pipe 27 of the cylindrical joint body 20 to a pipe 10 to be inserted into the joint body 20 comprises a holding member 40 assembled in the joint body 20 at a position apart from an opening portion for holding the pipe 10 to be inserted into the joint body 20, a guide member 50 having an annular guide part 58 inserted into the opening portion of the joint body 20 to occupy a space between the inner peripheral face of the joint body 20 and the outer peripheral face of the pipe 10 for guiding the pipe 10 in the radial direction of the joint body 20, and a locking part 53 elastically deformable against the annular guide part 58 and locked to the outer peripheral face of the joint body 20, the guide member 50 being separatable from the joint body 20 when the locking part 53 is elastically deformed against the annular guide part 58, and a holder 60 assembled on the guide member 50 for restricting the elastic deformation of the locking part 53 against the annular guide part 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
