<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing a carbon nanotube. <P>SOLUTION: The system for manufacturing the carbon nanotube includes a metal catalyst, a reaction furnace for thermally decomposing a carbon-containing gas and inducing the synthesis of the carbon nanotube to the metal catalyst, an exhaust line for exhausting the gas containing the carbon nanotube synthesized by the metal catalyst in the reaction furnace and a trap device mounted on the exhaust line and for trapping the carbon nanotube synthesized by the metal catalyst using magnetic force. The carbon nanotube manufacturing system in this way continuously manufactures the carbon nanotube and the manufactured carbon nanotube is effectively trapped and recovered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
