A method of manufacturing functional laver containing glasswort and Cordyceps sinensis by coating a mixed liquid of glasswort(Salicornia herbacea), Cordyceps sinensis and aqueous silver nanoparticle solutions on the surface of laver is provided to impart the functionality of glasswort and Cordyceps sinensis to food products and removes various bacteria and putrefactive bacteria. Raw laver is aged in sea water for 8 to 10hr and then aqueous silver nanoparticle solutions for 2 to 3hr, formed into a plate shape, sprayed with a mixed liquid of glasswort and Cordyceps sinensis and dried at 40 to 45deg.C. Glasswort is washed by ultrasonic waves and aqueous silver nanoparticle solutions, ground and squeezed to give glasswort juice. A herbal extract is obtained by mixing 0.23 to 0.26g Cordyceps sinensis, 0.03 to 0.06g Morus alba root bark, 0.02 to 0.04g Licorice root, 0.02 to 0.04g Schizandra root, 0.013 to 0.017g Quercus fruit and 0.008 to 0.012g Cornus fruit and 1L distilled water. The mixed liquid of glasswort and Cordyceps sinensis is obtained by mixing glasswort juice, herbal extract and aqueous silver nanoparticle solutions in a volume ratio of 1:1:1. |
