A cigar jack integrated voltage stabilizer is provided to improve fuel efficiency by offering a stable voltage without a noise to an electronic device of a vehicle. A voltage stabilizer is composed of a cigar jack, and a main body housing rotatably coupled to the cigar jack. A voltage display unit(240) to check the charging and discharging state of the main body housing is positioned in the front of the main body housing. A voltage measuring unit(220) measures the voltage of power supplied through the cigar jack. A noise removing unit(250) removes the power noise supplied through the cigar jack.
