PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the accurate attending/leaving office management by means of a handy terminal which inputs the orders by subtracting the time information from the current time information to correct the time information after the attending/leaving office information and the time information are received from the handy terminal. SOLUTION: A receptionist attends at his office and operates a handy terminal to input his employee and password numbers and then to select 'attending'. A CPU of the handy terminal adds the time data counted by a time counter means to the data showing the employee and password numbers and 'attending' which are sent to a station. A CPU 41 of the station receives the attending information from the handy terminal and stores the employee number and the attending time data in a person-in-charge-based attending/leaving office data storage area 434 of a RAM 43. The attending time data shows the corrected time that is decided by subtracting the received time data from the current time which is counted by a clock circuit 49. |
