PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap seal material which is free from ink peeling even at the time of elastic deformation such as emboss processing or ring-sealing and further a cap seal material which is free from occurrence of whiskers or burrs even at the time of punching wherein troubles in supplying caps on an automatic packaging line may be reduced. SOLUTION: In the cap seal material of surface print type for aluminum foils supplied in sheets, 1.5 to 5.0 g/m<2> of overprint varnish is applied on a face of the aluminum foil printed using urethane containing ink mainly containing urethane containing resin having OH radicals as printing ink. The cap seal material is used to ring-seal a heat seal at 240 to 290 deg.C. |
