an operation detection unit configured to detect an orientation of a user's face and to detect operations performed by the user; an area selection unit configured to, when the operation detection unit detects that the user has performed a first operation, select an area on a screen based on the orientation of the user's face during the first operation; and an information display unit configured to display information on the area on the screen selected by the area selection unit, and to change the display of the information based on a content of the first operation, wherein the operation detection unit, the area selection unit, and the information display unit are each implemented via at least one processor.
