A method and apparatus for realizing terminal service information processing, the method comprising: after conducting a factory recovery configuration processing on an old terminal to be re-used, initializing a parameter related to service configuration. By initializing the parameter related to service configuration, and thereby processing information related to a carrier service remaining in the existing terminal, the invention avoids service information remaining on the old terminal to be re-used affecting effective management of the service by the carrier, and enables a service resource to be reasonably utilized. |
