Disclosed is an isolated antibody which specifically binds human CD38 (SEQ ID NO: 1, as defined in the complete specification) and cynomolgus CD38 (SEQ ID NO: 2, as defined in the complete specification) comprising: a) a heavy chain variable region comprising: i) a first CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 13 (GFTFNNYD); ii) a second CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 14 (ISYDGSDK); iii) a third CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 15 (ARVYYYGFSGPSMDV); and b) a light chain variable region comprising: i) a first CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 16 (NSNIGSNT); ii) a second CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 17 (SDS); iii) a third CDR comprising SEQ ID NO: 18 (QSYDSSLSGSR). Also disclosed is the use of said antibody in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of an auto immune disease. |
