PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that has means for preventing an amplitude of an output signal from being reduced, and operating normally, even for a digital circuit using a unipolar transistor.SOLUTION: A diode-connected transistor 101 is turned off to make a gate of a transistor 102 become in a floating state. At that time, the transistor 102 is in an on state, and a potential difference is generated between its gate and its source. Since the transistor 102 is in the on state, a potential at the source of the transistor 102 is raised. However, a potential between the gate and the source of the transistor 102 is held by a capacitance 104 between the gate and the source, and the gate of the transistor 102 is in the floating state. Thus, a potential at the gate of the transistor 102 is raised by a capacitive coupling effect. As a result, an amplitude of an output signal can be prevented from being reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
