SOLUTION: A raw aq. soln. containing a lithium ion and a manganese ion is used, and is emulsified in a combustible liq. to produce an emulsion 110. Then the emulsion 110 is sprayed in droplet by spraying a gas 66 for spraying to the emulsion 110, and also a lithium manganese multiple oxide particle is produced by supplying a combustion aid gas 77 around the droplet and burning the combustible liq. in the droplet. A gaseous oxygen occupies 5-30% of a gap supply including the gas 66 of spraying and the combustion aid gas 77.
