A fish processing apparatus is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The fish processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a frame; a transporting portion disposed in the frame and transporting fish while supporting both sides of a body of the fish; a first cutting blade cutting an abdomen of the fish transported along the transporting portion; an intestine removing blade positioned behind the first cutting blade along a fish transport direction and removing an intestine in the abdomen of the cut fish; a pair of second cutting blades positioned behind the intestine removing blade along the fish transport direction, inserted into the cut abdomen of the fish, and removing fish flesh around a bone from both sides; a bone removing blade positioned behind the second cutting blade along the fish transport direction, fixed between the pair of second cutting blades, and pushing and removing the bone positioned between the fish flesh cut toward both sides; and a tail cut preventing member positioned above the second cutting blade and having a pressing plate pressing an upper portion of the body of the fish and an insertion portion disposed to be elongated in a length direction in the pressing plate for fish tail insertion. |
