The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a dielectric glass ceramics composition represented by a formula, (Ca_(1-x)Mg_x)SiO_3, for high frequency; and to the glass ceramics composition. In the formula, x is greater than or equal to 0, and is less than or equal to 0.3. By changing a manufacturing process of dielectric glass ceramics, a dielectric glass ceramics composition having high quality factor and low dielectric permittivity of 10 or less in a high frequency region is manufactured. The manufacturing method of a dielectric glass ceramics composition comprises the following steps of: (A) weighing CaCO_3, MgCO_3, and SiO_2 as starting materials, and primarily wet mixing the same while having ethanol as a solvent; (B) maintaining the resultant powder at a temperature of 1550C or more for 3-4 hours, and obtaining a molten solution; (C) maintaining the molten solution at 1400-1500C for 8-10 hours, and quenching the resultant product to manufacture glass; (D) pulverizing the glass, and secondarily wet mixing the resultant product while having ethanol as a solvent; (E) drying and isostatically molding the resultant powder, elevating the temperature to 720-730C, and maintaining the condition for 3-9 hours; and (F) elevating the temperature to 900-920C, maintaining the condition for 3-4 hours, and quenching the resultant product to room temperature. |
