The present invention relates to a continuous processing system using microwaves that performs continuous processing on processing targets having different sizes and weights. The present invention includes: a conveyor moving the processing target at a constant speed; a processing target supply device positioned on one side of the conveyor and loading the processing target to be processed on an inlet side of the conveyor; a microwave power supply device having a power supply module for microwave-based continuous processing (thawing/drying/cooking) of the processing target supplied by the processing target supply device and moved along the conveyor and a magnetron and a waveguide supplied with electric power from the power supply module and emitting microwaves to the processing target; a take-out device for taking out the processing target after the processing by the microwave power supply device; and a stacker for processing for an internal temperature and a surface temperature of the microwave-processed processing target to reach an equilibrium temperature. The continuous large-capacity multi-chamber, multi-power apparatus using microwaves and provided with the multi-stage multi-conveyors and multi-stackers with different transport speeds is capable of maximizing economic efficiency, convenience, and utility for a user with regard to processing for applications such as thawing, heating, cooking, and drying. |
