According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pressure control valve may comprise: a cone connected to a flow path in which a fluid flows, and having an internal space; a bushing member sealing one side of the cone, and changing a size of the internal space of the cone; and a safety valve coupled to the other side of the cone, and sealing or opening the other side of the cone in accordance with pressure within the flow path.
