PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the exchange of a toner recycling means whose characteristic is deteriorated at an image forming device having the toner recycling means to recover residual toner after transfer which remains without being transferred at the time of forming an image by a developing unit on an image forming body rotating by the developing unit by discharging it on the image forming body at a non-image area after temporarily recovering it. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 100 where a cleaning roller 110 applying toner recovery bias and toner discharge bias is arranged on the upper side of a cleaning roller 110, and a recovered material housing part 121 executing the recovery of paper powder or the like is arranged on a lower side and that is surrounded with a cleaning casing 112 except an aperture part opposed to the image forming body and where the closing of the aperture part is executed by a movable shielding plate 120 integrally constitutes a cleaning unit 100U with a corona electrifier 11, and is constituted to be detachable from a processing cartridge 10C. |
