PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a frozen dessert, such as ice cream or soft ice cream, resistant to melting and capable of being easily handled without deteriorating flavor. SOLUTION: In this method for producing a frozen dessert, its characteristic comprises adding a proper amount of powder agar dissolved in hot water or milk to materials for the frozen dessert. The change in the amount of the added agar enables the control of a time for melting the frozen dessert and good correspondence to seasons or the like. |
