摘要 The salt content is reduced using an ion exchange resin contained in a permeable sachet. Suitably the sachet is made of natural or synthetic fibres heet, filter paper, porous plastics or perforated metal sheet. Pref. the exchange resin contains calcium, potassium or ammonium ions, and the sachet is only half filled.
