TISSUE DISPENSING APPARATUS AND METHOD

A tissue dispensing apparatus and method are provided. A container includes a top side and a bottom side. The top side has an opening formed therein. The top side includes an inner surface, and the bottom side includes a securing system to allow the bottom side to be attached to a surface. A smooth film substantially covers the inner surface of the top side to allow easy removal of an inter-folded tissue. A portion of the film covering the top side opening preferably include an X-shaped slit. The top side opening is preferably square or rectangular-shaped.
