SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a means (S1) which photographs the state of facilities by a digital camera, a means (S2) which transfers the photographed image data to a personal computer and files them, a means (S3) which inputs comments on the photography place, a room name, a facility section, a facility system, an equipment position, a state, etc., corresponding to respective image data, a means (S4) which classifies and rearranges the image data to generate an album with the comments, a means (S5) which generates the diagnosis result of the facility system by referring to the album, a means (S6) which generates the diagnosis result of the facility section by referring to the diagnosis result of the facility system, a means (S7) which generates a total view by referring to the diagnosis result of the facility section, and a means (S8) which prints a generated prediagnostic report out. |
