The security attachment for a chain link locked gymnastic system, especially for steel rings, comprises a backing plate (13) with fixed arms and inserts to connect with a link or links (11a, b, C) of a chain extension to a vertical wire or cable which passes over pulleys to connect with the gymnastic rings. Locking is provided by a toggle clamp with a substantial robust handle (31), which in the depressed position holds the chain rigidly against the backing plate. |
