PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for endoscope which does not cause buckling of the sheath consisting of a flexible tube when the operating wire is operated to draw and has excellent durability. SOLUTION: In the state where the tip end of a sheath 11 protrudes from a treatment tool insert channel 2 of an endoscope, at least a reinforcing insert tube 20 consisting of a flexible tube with a diameter which allows loose insertion of an operating wire 14 in inside of the whole range of the sheath 11 of the part positioned on the near side from the inlet 2a of the treatment tool insert channel 2 and to prevent buckling of the sheath 11 when an operating wire 14 is drawn, is inserted, or a reinforcing coated tube to prevent buckling of the sheath 11 by narrowing the space between the sheath 11 and the operating wire 14 is provided. |
