PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor program access to a local variable and the value of the variable in real time when running a program described in C-language. SOLUTION: An address adding circuit 3 adds a register value E and a relative address value D to calculate an allocating address G of a monitoring objective variable, while an address comparing circuit 5 compares it with an address value F on ABUS (address bus). At the same time, a circuit 4 to detect coincidence of a variable resident section address compares a variable resident section address B and an execution PC value K, while an AND circuit 6 outputs a variable access result J showing the program access of a local variable when respective comparing results are true. In addition, the result of comparing a designated comparing condition/variable value L and a data value M on DBUS (data bus), and the result J are compared with each other, and when compared result at an AND circuit 8 is true, a variable value condition coincidence result N showing whether the value of the monitoring objective variable and the designated variable value are coincident with each other is outputted. |
