Collection and storage of solar energy - using peltier cells with electrolysis of water to hydrogen and oxygen

Plant for conversion of solar energy into thermal energy and power uses Peltier or other solar cells to convert the solar radiation into electrical power and then use this to decompose water into H2 and O2. The Peltier cells can be attached to house walls or on house roofs behind lens type glass particles and between the lenses are embedded solar cells. The lens type glass particles are embedded in glass construction components. The system described allows this energy to be stored as H2 and O2 and then reacted to release the energy when required in i.c. engines, or burners etc.
