摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment for retaining a printed wiring board materials wherein printed wiring board materials are prevented from being bent or dropped when those in vertical position are turned upside down or those in horizontal position are flipped, and the automation of the process is facilitated. SOLUTION: A retaining equipment 2 is used in a printed wiring board manufacturing process. In a step of processing a printed wiring board material D, the retaining device 2 is installed on a transporting device 4, and retains the printed wiring board material D. The retaining equipment 2 comprises a rotary shaft 8, a chuck section 6, side supporting sections 7 and the like. Specifically, the retaining equipment 2 comprises the rotary shaft 8 which is installed on the transporting device 4, placed in the horizontal direction and rotationally driven on an axis; the chuck section 6 which is secured to the rotary shaft 8 and holds the base E of the printed wiring board material D; and the left and right side supporting sections 7 which are installed on the rotary shaft 8 so that the side supporting sections can be swung, capable of being shifted between retracted position and actuated position, capable of being positioned, and hold both the side ends K of the printed wiring board material D in the actuated position M.
