PURPOSE:To regulate the engagement between a working tool which while rolling, performs second work and a work correctly, and to perform the work accurately, by guiding the tool through a guide gear displaced positively on the basis of internal teeth of the work. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a shaft 106 is transmitted as driving force to the offset part 111 which consists of an eccentric shaft 109, a working tool 112 for impression, and a working tool 113 for levelling. Either tool has a gear which engages the internal gears 122 of a work 114; the tool 112 for impression performs second work for tapering said gear 122 worked previously, and the tool 113 for levelling performs deburring. An annular guide gear 133 is fitted in the recessed part 132 of the face plate 131 of a spring manufacturing machine to engage said tools 112 and 113 each other. The guide gear 133 is made of steel, etc., with high elasticity, and its internal gear 133a is displaced positively on the basis of the internal gear 122 of the work side and also has the same number of teeth. |
