PURPOSE:To aim at making a lot of workpieces polishable at the same time by means of a simple mechanism in structure, by securing a work spindle to a setting rod, which performs a crank motion, and arranging each of work spindless to be tansferred along a circular locus. CONSTITUTION:A fluid pressure cylinder 3 is installed at the central part of an upper horizontal rack member 2 of a machine body 1 and a connecting plate 5 is secured tight to a piston rod 4 of the cylinder 3. A motor 7 is mounted fast on the one side of the plate 5 while a shaft 8 of the motor 7 is protruded downward through the plate 5 and an arm disc 9 is fixed horizontally. Eccentric pins 12 and 13 are planted in the under surface of each of two arm discs 9 and 11 while both ends of a setting rod 14 are rotatably fitted to those pins and work spindles 15 are fixed to the under surface of the setting rod 14 at equal intervals, respectively. With this configuration, the work spindles 15 move around the set position along a circular locus whereby a workpiece 16 set to the work spindle turns round as well, thus the outer surface of the workpiece is uniformly polished for finishing. |
