PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent ink omission or the like from being generated by eliminating waste of a base film and ink by a method wherein an ink coating agent is applied to the base film by a width of a range which is larger than the maximum recording width of a thermal head and less than a width of the base film. SOLUTION: An UV setting ink coating agent having UV setting resin, thermoplastic resin, thermofusible substance, and colorant as principal constituents is applied by a specific width on a base film 2 wherein materials of polyester, polyethyleneterephthalate, polyphenylenusulfite, etc., are used. The coated width I1 of the ink coating agent 3 is set within a width of a range which is larger than the maximum recording width I2 of a thermal head and less than a width I3 of the base film 2. The ink coating agent 3 is prevented from creeping to a rear surface of the base film 2 thereby, consequently both side parts of the base film are unnecessitated to be abolished, and waste of the base film 2 and the ink coating agent can be prevented. |
