PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject sterilizer simple in structure and capable of conducting low-temperature sterilization in high energy efficiency even in the case of high-flow sterilization operation on an industrial production scale through clarifying the requirements for the dimension of a sterilization vessel section.
