PURPOSE:To make ON or OFF control of heat transfer of a heat pipe through simple structure without deteriorating heat transfer efficiency in an ON state, by mounting an end part of a first heat pipe and an end part of a second heat pipe within a liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a liquid tank 16 is filled with water and the water is made into a medium for a heat flow in winter. In other words, solar heat to be obtained in a greenhouse 12 is accumulated in the water of the inside of the liquid tank 16 through a first heat pipe 15. The solar heat accumulated in the liquid tank 16 is transferred to a floor material 17 of a building 11 through a second heat pipe 18 at night and indoor heating is made possible. The water in the inside of the liquid tank 16 is drained in summer. With this construction, the heat flow to the second heat pipe 18 from the first heat pipe 15 is interrupted.
