摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent deteriorations of the characteristic, with a length of manufacturing time shortened, by the method of performing in parallel the processes, for engaging a gasket to the cathode can be to house the electrolyte and the cathode, and for placing a separator and anode on the hollow ring-shape seal material. CONSTITUTION:The process, in which after a gasket 3 is engaged and installed to the peripheral part 2 of a cathode can 1 that combines a use with the cathode terminal plate, an electrolyte like alkaline electrolytes and a molded cathode 4 are housed, and the process, in which on a hollow ring-shape seal material 5 having a horizontal part 6 in the peripery of center hole, are sucessively placed a separator 7 and a molded catode 8, are simultaneously made proceeding in a parallel manner. And the process materials in the both of the above processes are piled together so that the ring-shape seal material 5 may be contacted to the molded dathode 4, further with an anode can 9 arranged, thereafter, its opening end part 10 is tightened and secured onto the gasket 3, assemblint the battery. In this way, a length of time required for manufacturing the thin-type battery can be lessened capable of preventing deteriorations of the battery characteristic caused by CO2 in the air.
