PURPOSE:To give a warning properly by providing a supercharging pressure detecting circuit, a knock control circuit which outputs a fail signal when a knock sensor system is abnormal, and a selecting circuit which switches a specific indication circuit to an abnormality warning circuit through the operation of at least either of said circuits. CONSTITUTION:For example, an internal combustion engine (not shown in a figure) becomes abnormal to allow the knocking control unit 22 outputs a knock sensor fail decision signal owing to the abnormality of the knock sensor 14, or to turns on a relieaf valve switch 16 constituting the supercharging pressure detecting circuit owing to the abnormality of a supercharging system. In this case, a gate circuit 26 opens the earth side of a turbo indicator pressure switch 32 to inhibit a turbo indicator lamp 30 from turning on and off. At the same time, a lamp flashing driver circuit 28 is operated to flash the lamp 30, thereby generating a warning of abnormality display operation. |
