PURPOSE:To obtain a light-transmitting copy improved in compatibility between a binder with a dye or pigment contained in a toner by bringing the toner image into contact with a plasticizer at the same time as formation of the toner image or after that. CONSTITUTION:A toner image is formed on a transparent film by the usual electrophotographic or electrostatic printing method or the like using a toner used generally in such methods. As its binder, any binder, may be used so long as it contains a dye or pigment, and other additives dispersed in it, and further it may contain a magnetic material having such an amt., such a particle diameter, and such a kind as not to disturb light transmittance of the film. The tone image thus formed on the transparent film is brought into contact with a plasticizer, such as generally used for improvement or the like of fundamental moldability characteristics of thermoplastic resins. The plasticizer may be brought into contact with the toner image by various optional manners, such as directly spreading it on the surface of the toner image by brush coating, spray coating, dipping coating, or other optional proper manners. |
