PURPOSE:To omit a distributor of oscillator by providing an active containing three terminals one of which is grounded in a using high frequency area and obtaining the output signals to be applied to a local oscillation means through other two terminals. CONSTITUTION:A Tr 10 containing three terminals functions as a drive part, and capacity elements 12, 14, 17 and 19 (or floating capacities) are set among those three terminals in the form of the feedback capacity. The oscillation frequency is decided substantially by a resonator 15. The reactance of a resonance circuit consisting of the resonator 15 and a variable capacity element 13 is changed by a terminal 16. Then the oscillation frequency is changed. A capacity element 11 has such a capacity level that can secure the high frequency grounding of a base terminal 10a. The output is extracted out of such an oscillation circuit through a terminal 18. In such a way, a distributor can be omitted. |
