PURPOSE:To obtain easy selection of the jet pattern from oscillating jet and non- oscillating jet by providing a bypassing port on a side wall of a fluid passage and a control chamber having a control port communicating to the atmosphere on the other side wall thereof. CONSTITUTION:The liquid flowing from a main passage pipe 16 to a supply passage 18 is injected through a supply nozzle 19. When a control signal pipe 17 is open, both of a bypassing port 24 and a control port 26 are communicated to the atmosphere and atmospheric flows Fa1 and Fb1 are generated, and the jet F1 from the supply nozzle 19 has on both sides thereof the pressure equal to the atmospheric pressure, flowing straightly. On the other hand, when the control signal port 17 is closed, an atmospheric flow Fa2 through the bypassing port 24 is generated to make the pressure at the wall side 20 equal to the atmospheric pressure, but the pressure on the side adjacent to the control chamber 25 becomes below the atmospheric pressure. As the result, the jet F2 from the supply nozzle 19 is deflected toward the side wall 21. Thereafter, when the reflux Fc1 has increased the pressure in the control chamber 25, the jet F2 flows straightly. |
