PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery boiled fish paste capable of readily producing boiled fish paste even at home, by freezing a raw fish or ground fish meat, drying the frozen fish or meat, pulverizing the dried fish or meat, mixing the resultant pulverized fish meat with a secondary raw material. CONSTITUTION:Fish meat or ground fish meat is placed on plates 3 in a freeze- dryer 2, and the plates 3 are cooled to about -40 deg.C to freeze the fish meat or ground fish meat. After freezing, the plates 3 are heated at 30-40 deg.C while keeping the interior of the room of the dryer 2 under vacuum conditions with a vacuum pump 6 and steam is generated from the frozen fish meat or ground fish meat simultaneously with the heating. The steam is passed through a gas discharge pipe 4 and quenched in a water remover 5 and frozen. The frozen fish meat or ground fish meat is then pulverized in a pulverizer 7 sieved in a cyclone 8, and the sieving drop component is sieved and stored in a hopper 9. The sieved component is then introduced from the bottom of the hopper 9 into a cyclone 10 and separated. The dropped component is then dropped into a hopper 11, mixed with a secondary raw material in a mixer 12, stored in a hopper 13, packed in a packing machine 14 to give the aimed bagged product. |
