发明名称 GATE TURN OFF THYRISTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a controllable current by a method wherein a resistive layer is interposed between a rectangular emitter layer provided adjacent to a base layer on which a gate electrode is coated and a primary electrode connected with the emitter layer. CONSTITUTION:A thyrister is composed of four adjacent layers which vary alternately in conductive type, and an electrode 6 is coated on one of the inside base layers. And, plural rectangular emitter layers 4 are provided outside adjacent to the said base layer, and a resistive layer 8 is provided between the said rectangular emitter layers 4 and a primary electrode 7 connected with the emitter layers 4. The resistive layer 8 provided between the emitter layers 4 and the primary electrode 7 functions so as to disperse the connection of the current and besides expedite the recovery of the junction between the emitter layers 4 and the base layer 3 on which the gate electrode 6 is coated. By these processes, a controllable current can be improved.
