<p>PURPOSE:To permit the preparation of easily legible sentence by a method in which in case where letter data to be read out in the next step exceed the right margin position, hyphen-insertion process is made and then line feeding operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:When the content of a text memory in which information is stored on the basis of a given format information is printed on a different format, whether the punctuation of sentence or middle of word is or not is judged by CPU in the hot zone before the right margin 12 and its given letters. According to the judgement, C/R action, space action, and hyphen insertion action are made, and printing and line feeding C/R operations are automatically made by the printermechanism P. Accordingly, the sentence of altered format becomes very natural and legible. During the period, operator has no need to pay specific attention, and format can be changed by paying attention only to the context in particular.</p> |
