This invention relates to an apparatus for cleaning an elevated area. The apparatus is comprised of an air motor, a cleaning device disposed near the air motor for injecting cleaning water onto a surface of the elevated area to be cleaned, and for cleaning the surface to be cleaned, and collecting dirty water, and a plurality of pipes assembled in a series through which an air hose and a cleaning water hose run, respectively.
