PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain a jelly shape retention and specific palate feeling of jelly and comprising minced marine meat. SOLUTION: This jelly food is obtained by degassing the mixture comprising 100 pts.wt. of minced marine meat and 2-10 pts.wt. of salt and 200-800 pts.wt. of water and/or milk, and heating to gel. |
