METHOD OF PREPARING PECTIN FROM SEA ALGAE

FIELD: chemical- pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of method of preparing pectin from sea algae by wasteless and ecologically pure technology. Method involves milling the dried sea algae of family Zosterae, suspension preparing, its treatment by ultrasonic oscillation at constant temperature and separation of fractions by chromatography on Sepharose or impregnated silica gel. The obtained pectins show biological activity with respect to immune system. EFFECT: maximal yield of pectin by the developed technology.
