<p>PURPOSE: To provide a valve which is relatively wide in dimensional tolerance, high in reliability, sure in function, and usable for both a suction valve and a discharge valve. CONSTITUTION: An annular valve wall 54 is provided with a closed end wall 57, and an open edge part 55 of the valve wall 54 is brought into elastic and close contact with a conical or segittal generated surface 43 in the radial direction so that the valve wall 54 forms a valve seat, and is movably coupled with a pump member or a casing part with the generated surface 43 attached thereto while having the spring effect in the axial direction.</p> |
