<p>PURPOSE:To contrive low cost and the improvement of reliability by sharing an amplifier front stage part for a transmission and reception module used for a radar and the like. CONSTITUTION:During a transmission period, transmission and reception switches 3, 8, 21, 22 are changed over from (a) side to (b) side, an input transmission signal PT is amplified in an amplifier front stage part 4 for transmission and an amplifier rear stage part 5 for transmission and output as an amplified transmission signal PT3. During a receiving period, the switch 8 is changed over from (b) side to (c) side, the switch 21 from (c) side to (b) side, the switch 22 from (a) side to (c) side and the switch 3 from (c) side to (a) side, an input reception signal PR is amplified in an amplifier front stage part 9 for receiving and the amplifier rear stage part 4 for transmission and output as an amplified reception signal PR3.</p> |
