PURPOSE:To improve abrasion resistance and maintain the beautiful appearance by coating polyurethane resin on the external surface of a supporting pile after applying preparation treatment to form a corrosion protected layer and coating fluorocarbon resin or the like on the corrosion protected layer to form a sliding layer. CONSTITUTION:The coated face of a steel material is cleaned by shot blast or the like, and then a surface preparation layer 2 is formed on the steel material with an organic primer layer constituted. In the next step, the layer 2 is completely hardened, and polyurethane resin is coated on the layer 2 to form an anti-corrosion coated layer 3. In the next step, the layer 3 is hardened to touch, and fluorocarbon resin or silicon resin which are excellent in slidability is coated on the layer 3 before it is hardened completely to form a sliding layer 4. The formation of the layer 4 reduces the dynamic friction factor with a supporting roller, preventing the damage of the layer 3 and keeping its corrosion-resistant property and beautiful appearance for a long time. |
