摘要 PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by a method wherein the positions of nozzles are controlled so as to keep constant the pouring pressures of respective resin components in a mixing chamber in response to the changes of the flow rates, which change so as to maintain the resultant pressure of the mixing resin components in order to pour the mixing resin components, the controlling pressures of which are maintained just below the criticalpressure of a mold, in the mold. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of reactive resin components, the controlling pressures of which are maintained just below the critical pressure of a mold 60, are poured in a cavity 63. At the early stage of pouring, since the resistance in the cavity 63 is low and consequently resin pressure is low, the controlling pressures are maintained by increasing the deliveries of the resin components from a delivery port 64 by increasing the flow rates of pumps. At that time, the positions of nozzles 13 and 14 are controlled so as to keep the pouring pressures of resin components in a mixing chamber 15 constant also. When the resistance in the cavity 63 becomes larger and consequently the resin pressure becomes higher as the pouring proceeds, the deliveries of the resin components are gradually decreased so as to control the pressure in the cavity. Thus, the pressures of the respective resin components are maintained.
