<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate cross talk between photoconductive elements in a compound photoconductive element having a plurality of photoconductive elements. CONSTITUTION:A blank area 70 is provided on the top surface of a chip 1 and a chip 2 is arranged in the area independent of the chip 1. Out of two electrode of the chip 2, the electrode 25 is connected to the electrode 20 of the chip 1 and the electrode 15 is connected to a lead 50 provided piercing a substrate 40 in the blank area 70. this eliminates crosstalk between photoconductive elements thereby enables accurate measurement.</p> |
