<p>PURPOSE:To provide a recycling method and device of resin components by which recycled resin components which are excellent in removal efficiency of a coating or a plated layer, environmental safety and processing capacity and has a high quality, can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A coarse separated material obtained by separating and removing a coarse coating applied piece mixed into a coarse pulverized material to be obtained by pulverizing coating-processed resin parts is extruded in an extruding process 3s and a stranded or filmy extruded material is manufactured, the extrude material is rolled and stretched in a rolling and stretching process 4s and pulverization of the coating applied piece and separation from base resin are accelerated, which is pulverized finely in the next finely pulverizing process 5s, the finely pulverized material is separated into a base resin constituent part and the coating applied piece constituent part in a separation process 6s, through which recycled resin parts having a high coating removal efficiency are made obtainable.</p> |
