PURPOSE:To enable one kind of ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus to examine abdominal cavity from the outer layer to the deeper part by equipping it with plural ultrasonic oscillators. CONSTITUTION:Two probes 20a, 20b are installed in the tube of an inserting part 2 by passing them through. Probes 20a, 20b have revolutional bodies 22a, 22b with ultrasonic oscillators 21a, 22b on their tops, as well as flexible shafts 23a, 23b connected to those revolutional bodies 22a, 22b, and moreover, flexible shafts 23a, 23b are connected to the revolving part of the rotary connector in the operation area, where a motor to rotate flexible shafts 23a, 23b is installed, along with a transfer device to let ultrasonic oscillators 21a, 21b face the inner part of the top body 12 alternatively. Either an ultrasonic oscillator 21a of high frequency or an ultrasonic oscillator 21b of low frequency can be chosen for the scanning by this transfer device. |
