PURPOSE:To eliminate a sheet material to hold liquidtightness of a main liquid chamber and to constantly perform proper control of a dynamic spring through smooth transmission vibration from a moving member to non-compressive fluid in the main liquid chamber. CONSTITUTION:A main liquid chamber 20 to which vibration from an engine is inputted and an auxiliary liquid chamber 21 the volume change of which is allowed by means of a diaphragm 15 are partitioned away from each other by means of partition walls 16 and 17. Since a moving plate 41 is disposed in a communication hole 40 for the partition walls 16 and 17 in a state that a microdistance S is provided therebetween, non-compressive fluid in the main and auxiliary liquid chambers 20 and 21 is prevented from outflow and inflow through the distance S through a self viscous action during vibration of the moving plate 41 by a voice coil 39. Liquidtightness between the two liquid chambers 20 and 21 is ensured. Therefore, there is no need for a sheet material to hold liquidtightness and there is no fear of vibration of the moving material 41 being impeded by the sheet material.
