PURPOSE:To obtain an impermeable membranous sheet, capable of carrying out the waterproofing, corrosionproofing, dustproofing, prevention of a permeating gas, etc., by spray coating the surface of a nonwoven fabric or a metal such as iron with a specific mixed composition solution. CONSTITUTION:The wide range of a continuous impermeable membranous sheet is readily obtained by initially spray coating a substrate such as a fabric or a netlike material composed of a natural or a synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric or a netlike substrate composed of a simple substance of gold, silver, copper, iron, aluminum, etc., or an alloy thereof with a mixed composition solution containing one of an epoxy resin, etc., especially a modified urethane elastomer coating, a polyisocyanate curing agent and tar, asphalt, a lubricant, etc., as a primer through a high-pressure mixing spray gun in a short time. This impermeable membranous sheet is excellent in strength and durability, waterproofing of wall surfaces such as a sewage treating tank and preventing of toxic substances and has a high industrial utilization value. |
